Refund policy

14 days, no questions. If you buy the course and change your mind within 14 days, you get your money back in full, whether or not you started watching.

How to get a refund

1. Find your Paddle receipt email. It contains the order reference and transaction id.
2. Either email us at contact@xplain.ro with that reference, or go directly to paddle.net, the support site of Paddle, our payment provider.
3. Paddle returns the money to the payment method you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.

What happens to your access

When the refund is issued, your access code stops working. Your progress record becomes unreachable and is eventually deleted.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right of withdrawal for 14 days. This policy is at least as generous: we do not ask why, and starting the course does not cost you the right.

Team purchases

Bulk purchases made by invoice follow the terms agreed for that order. Write to contact@xplain.ro and we will sort it out.
