Who we are

The course "From Doing to Directing" and its practice playground are operated by SC GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE SRL, Buzoieni 10, Bucuresti, Romania. Trade registry: J40/1845/2004. VAT code: RO16128562. You can reach us at contact@xplain.ro.

What you are buying

The course is a self-paced online video course with a practice playground. Access is granted through an access code. One purchase gives one code, and one code is for one person. Access does not expire while the service operates.

Payments are handled by Paddle

Our checkout partner is Paddle. Paddle is the merchant of record: it runs the checkout, charges your card, issues your invoice, and handles VAT. The payment itself is governed by Paddle's buyer terms. If you have a problem with a charge, you can also reach Paddle directly at paddle.net.

Access codes

Teams and organizations

Bulk access for teams is sold separately by invoice. The buying organization receives a batch of codes and a reporting link that shows anonymous progress per code. Any mapping of codes to people stays in the organization's own records.

Fair use

The playground includes AI features with daily usage limits per code. The limits exist so the service stays available and affordable for everyone. They are generous for normal learning use.

Content and license

The course content belongs to us. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to watch and use it for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell it.

What we do not promise

The course teaches a professional capability. We do not promise a job, a promotion, or any specific outcome, and you should be suspicious of any course that does.

Availability and changes

We keep the service running with reasonable care and may improve or update the content over time. If we ever have to shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice on this site.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to the course is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of your own country's law. For out-of-court dispute resolution you can use ANPC (the Romanian consumer protection authority) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update this page and its date. Material changes will be visible here before they take effect.
