For teams and organizations
Give your team a safe, repeatable way to direct AI.
From Doing to Directing teaches non-technical staff, across operations, HR, finance, marketing, project management, customer success, and administration, to hand real work to AI and stay accountable for the result. No coding. Your people learn to brief the work, judge it, steer it, and verify it, inside a clear boundary of what is safe to hand over.
What your team gets
Everything they need, nothing they have to install
Eight practical modules
About 4.5 hours of focused teaching in short 5 to 10 minute lessons, each with a hands-on lab and a short quiz. Watched in order or by topic.
A safe practice lab
Every learner practices in the Playground, a state-of-the-art AI lab included with the course. No company systems, no real data. Where a real task involves protected information, they learn to work with sanitized material instead.
Progress reporting
Each licence batch comes with an anonymous progress dashboard: activation, lessons completed, and quiz results, downloadable as CSV. You see engagement without collecting personal data. You map codes to people in your own records.
Volume licensing
Per-seat pricing that scales with your team, billed by invoice. Buy in bulk, receive a batch of access codes, and hand them out however suits your rollout.
Responsible by design
Data safety, sanctioned tools, human oversight, and accountability are taught alongside the capabilities that make them necessary. Supports the workforce-awareness expectations of AI governance programs, including ISO/IEC 42001.
Built for busy professionals
No jargon, no coding, no theory for its own sake. Learners work on the kind of tasks they already do and see the difference the same day, then keep a set of practical checklists to reuse.
